In an effort to find chocolate that was allergy free -Jaxton's mama (Izzi) began learning how to make small batch -craft chocolate.
Roasting, grinding and conching of cocoa nibs takes approximately 3-7 days as it mixes with pure cane sugar (and whole milk or coconut milk -depending on if it's vegan/non-dairy).
The result is the simple, pure delicious chocolate. We then use this chocolate to make bars, specialty chocolate, or to pour, drizzle or dip your pops in!
2023 GOAL: Get your pop drizzled or dipped in chocolate ....and taste this craft chocolate magic!
